The phrase "adding insult to injury" springs to mind.

    JP - It's only on sale in the USA, which is why I ordered a copy from Amazon.com. But Brian Hibbs reports that the first printing has already sold out.

    FWIW, they sent me my copy immediately. (I'd pre-ordered it in August 2006... maybe they did them in the order they were reserved?)

    If you've not been able to secure a copy yet, you might want to pop down to Leeds. There's people there who will see you OK, if you know what I mean. Nudge, wink, etc.
